Leading the high-temperature insulation industry with advanced basalt smelting technology and A1-level fire safety standards.
Since the IKING Group invested in the mineral wool factory, the ISOKING mineral wool manufacturing center in Hebei has consistently been at the forefront of China's mineral wool industry. Unlike ordinary insulation materials, our mineral wool is made from natural basalt and recycled slag, smelted at temperatures exceeding 1500°C. This volcanic rock-like strength allows us to provide high-density sheets, blankets, and pipes, capable of withstanding harsher industrial environments.
Our factory is equipped with automated production lines that meet European standards, ensuring the uniform distribution of every fiber. With a monthly production capacity exceeding 8,000 tons, ISOKING's thermal stability and superior fire resistance make it a premium choice for a wide range of large-scale projects, from high-rise building curtain walls to large power plant boilers.
01 | Ultimate Fire Barrier (A1 Non-combustible)
Our mineral wool provides a critical fire barrier. With a melting point exceeding 1000°C, it releases no toxic fumes or heat, buying valuable extra time for evacuation in emergencies.
02 | Synergistic Thermal and Sound Insulation
The high-density fiber structure not only effectively blocks air, achieving superior thermal insulation (R-value), but also provides powerful sound insulation, significantly reducing noise pollution in industrial and commercial settings.
03 | Durable and Long-Lasting
ISOKING mineral wool is specially designed to be waterproof and chemically inert, preventing corrosion of pipes or mould growth. It's a "one-and-done" solution that maintains its performance throughout the building's lifespan.
Every batch of ISOKING mineral wool undergoes digital quality inspection. From fiber diameter analysis to particle content control, we utilize a digital tracking system to ensure 100% compliance with international standards such as ASTM and CE in terms of density and thickness.
